Defiance follows Epicor’s Signature methodology which is a work-plan, task-oriented system designed to break down the implementation process into finite variables and deliverables. This implementation process is broken down into a number of different components. These components are termed Phases, stages, segments, and tasks. The phases include - Prepare, Plan, Analyze, Design, Construct, and Deploy.
