Implement

Defiance follows Epicor’s Signature methodology which is a work-plan, task-oriented system designed to break down the implementation process into finite variables and deliverables. This implementation process is broken down into a number of different components. These components are termed Phases, stages, segments, and tasks. The phases include - Prepare, Plan, Analyze, Design, Construct, and Deploy.

Manage

Defiance provides a detailed roadmap, commencing with an interim support setup to a well-defined and phased approach towards a full- fledged Managed services model enabling ‘Value Realization’ through an “SLA driven delivery Framework”. The solution is scalable, adaptive and responsive model to ensure adequate flexibility for minor adjustments or course corrections.
