Through our Partner Development Program (PDP) Competency Centre (PDP CC), Defiance aims to understand the current and futuristic business requirements of Epicor. The PDP CC employs resources to understand Epicor’s technical capabilities through continuous monitoring program and enhancing the skills periodically and on special need basis for rare skills.

CSF- India Development
Defiance extended the Epicor E9's functionality by providing India Specific Functionality. The CSF for India includes localized report formats and files that modify AP and AR invoice processing. The CSF provides support for excise duty transaction processing and statutory reports required for compliance with Indian excise duty and sales tax compliance. The India CSF was developed under the auspices of the Epicor PDP.

Defiance Solution for Auto Component Industry
